The following materials are required to obtain the Mongolian visa:

For Tourist visa for 30 days
it is required to submit:

1. Passport with a validity date at least six months beyond the end of the applications intended period of stay in Mongolia,
2. Completed visa Application Form for Tourists with one passport size photo,
3. Travel itinerary, hotel reservation and insurance are preferable

2. Completed visa Application Form for non-tourists with one passport size photo,
3. Invitation from the inviting organization which should be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia.

A visa application can be submitted by the following:

1) Applicant him/herself.
2) Immediate family member of the applicant or
3) If the applicant is unable to come in person, applications can be lodged via only Real Russia or OBT (embassy's accredited agents)
4) please note that applecations sent by post shall not be processed.

• Please note that we do not accept cash and cheque or credit/debit cards. The Consular section will require applicants to bring bank receipt or printed internet banking payment confirmation as a payment for visa fee to apply for Mongolian visa.
